Appraising murals requires careful consideration of a number of factors. In this lecture, Reagan Upshaw, AAA, Reagan Upshaw Fine Art, will give you the basics on participating in this specialized field of appraising. Reagan will discuss primarily Works Progress Administration (WPA) murals, as well as several non-govenment funded murals.

Reagan Upshaw, AAA, is a Board Member of the Appraisers Association of America and Certified in American Art. Reagan specializes in appraising American works of art from the 19th and 20th centuries, including paintings, drawings, and sculpture. His articles on art have appeared in Art in America, The Magazine Antiques, Portfolio, and numerous other publications.
