This course is for the working appraiser who wants to become a member of AAA or for a certified member who wants to brush-up on the latest T&M.  You MUST pass the Theory & Methodology Exam to become a Certified Member. 	 	Attend class via streaming video on your personal computer and participate through an online classroom forum used by the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies on February 1, February 8, February 15, February 22, and February 29, 2012 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Topics to be covered include The Appraisal Process, Valuation Approaches, Legal (and other) Considerations for the Appraiser, Review & Terminology, and more!
