Ask the Experts: Profesional Development Series is a new roundtable series that brings AAA Members and Associates of the AAA together with specialists with considerable experience in the field for in-depth, discussion-based seminars. This installment, "Photography for Appraisers," is hosted by Cole Ferry and will feature David B. Smith, Photographer, and will and will cover topics such as:

• Photographic setup- tools, tips, and approaches
• 2 dimensional objects- scanning and photographing
• Art and documents behind glass/plexiglass
• Sculpture and 3D objects- lighting, dealing with texture and reflection
• Macro- shooting maker's marks, signatures, etc.
• Installation art, new media, video art
• Basic photoshop and printing techniques
